Safehouse

Safehouse is a leading provider of safety solutions engineered to make hazardous environments universally safe.

Safehouse offers pressurised habitats to control ignition risks in hazardous areas, and atmospheric controls to protect your people, provide safe working conditions, and maintain productivity.

SAFEHOUSE habitats enable hot work, such as welding cutting or grinding, to be safely undertaken in hazardous area zones 1 and 2 on oil and gas facilities during normal operation, while the associated risk of unplanned flammable gas-release is present – thus maintaining production, allowing flexible repair, maintenance and upgrade scheduling and minimising the cost implications associated with shutdowns.

Having enabled more than 10 million hours of safe productivity over the last 19 years, SAFEHOUSE habitats are a proven and cost-effective solution to mitigate the risks of working in hazardous areas.

Our IECEx zone 1 compliant SafeCool Air-conditioning Units (ACUs) can be used to control the temperature and humidity within habitats, vessels, tanks or other enclosures. They provide comfortable working conditions for personnel, combat heat stress and help to maintain productivity. In addition, SafeCool ACUs can be used for dehumidification and dew point reduction to maximise coatings application productivity in challenging environments.
